Q: Where do I start to create a Photo Gift using the Online Software?

A: Using your Member details, Login to the member area of the website to launch the Online Software. At the Main Menu select Photo Gifts and follow the online instructions.

Q: I am a novice…how do I create a Photo Gift?

A: For all Members, but especially novice users we strongly recommend taking the time to watch the Video Tutorial to familiarise yourself with the Photo Gift creation process. This video will outline the process and give you the information you need to create a quality Photo Gift for your client, business, or community group.

Q: What styles of Photo Gifts are available?

A: Within this website there are Product Specification pages for every available product. To find the styles of Photo Gifts available, complete a Product Search - go to Products and select Photo Gifts. Then browse the huge range within the Select a Style menu to determine the style of Photo Gift that you wish to create.

Q: What image resolution should I use to get the best results?

A: When using a specialist graphics program, save your JPEG images at 150 DPI before uploading. If using camera images, upload only high-resolution images for best results.

Q: Can I upload pre-formatted images to create my Photo Gift?

A: Yes. Within this website we have included the Image Dimensions required to upload pre-formatted images for your style of Photo Gift. Go to Products, select Photo Gifts, and find your Image Dimensions within the Product Specifications for each product.

Q: Where can I find the Volume Discount pricing for each product?

A: Within this website Members have access to the Volume Discount pricing structure that applies to every product in the range. The Volume Discount pricing information for each product can be viewed by opening the Product Specifications page for each product.

Q: What are the Minimum or Maximum order quantities?

A: There are no minimum or maximum order quantities. You can order any quantity of any product to suit your needs. The delivery charge for unlimited quantities of Photo Gifts within the same order is a flat fee of $8.25.

Q: How long does it take receive an order?

A: After your order submitted for production, allow 2 to 3 working days for production* (subject to workload) then transit time to your address. Transit time will vary depending on Australia Post normal delivery times as quoted below:

Q: Are products like Photo Mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

A: Yes. However to prolong the life of your image on a Photo Mug, we recommend that you minimise the dishwasher heat setting and/or minimise the use of the dishwasher to clean your mug.
