Q: Where do I start to create a Digital Print using the Online Software?
A: Using your Member details, Login to the member area of the website to launch the Online Software. At the Main Menu select Digital Prints and follow the online instructions.

Q: I am a novice…how do I create a Digital Print?
A: For all Members, but especially novice users we strongly recommend taking the time to watch the Video Tutorial to familiarise yourself with the Digital Print creation process. This video will outline the process and give you the information you need to create a quality Digital Print or Enlargement in the quantity your require.
Q: What sizes of Digital Prints are available?
A: Digital prints start at size 4x6" and go up to 20x30" size. To find the complete range of Digital Prints sizes available, complete a Product Search - go to Products and select Prints & Enlargements. Then browse the menu to select the Digital Print size you wish to order.

Q: What image resolution should I use to get the best results?
A: When using a specialist graphics program, save your JPEG images at 300 DPI before uploading. If using camera images, upload only high-resolution images for best results.
Q: What type of photographic paper do you use for Digital Prints?
A: All prints, enlargements and collage posters are printed on Fujifilm Crystal Archive paper using the Silver Halide photographic printing process. Digital Prints created via this production process are the highest quality and will last at least 75 years with care under normal conditions.
Q: What image editing options are available within the Online Software?
A: Within the Online Software you are able to edit and apply special affects to your images. The available enhancements include crop, black & white, sepia, brightness and contrast.

Q: Where can I find the Volume Discount pricing for each product?
A: Within this website Members have access to the Volume Discount pricing structure that applies to every product in the range. The Volume Discount pricing information for each product can be viewed by opening the Product Specifications page for each product.
Q: What are the Minimum or Maximum order quantities?
A: There are no minimum or maximum order quantities. You can order any quantity of any product to suit your needs. The delivery charge for unlimited quantities of Digital Prints or Enlargements within the same order is a flat fee of $8.25.
Q: How long does it take receive an order?
A: After your order submitted for production, allow 2 to 3 working days for production (subject to workload) then transit time to your address. Transit time will vary depending on Australia Post normal delivery times as quoted below:
