A: Using your Member details, Login to the member area of the website to launch the Online Software. At the Main Menu select Canvas Prints and follow the online instructions.

A: For all Members, but especially novice users we strongly recommend taking the time to watch the Video Tutorial to familiarise yourself with the Canvas Print creation process. This video will outline the process and give you the information you need to create a professional Canvas Print for your client, business, or community group.
Q: What styles of Canvas Prints are available?
A: Within this website there are Product Specification pages for every available product. To find the styles of Canvas Prints available, complete a Product Search - go to Products and select Canvas Prints. Then browse the Select a Style menu to determine the style of Canvas Print that you wish to create.

A: All Canvas Prints will wrap approximately 3.3cm around the edge of the timber frame and a Red Border within the Online Software indicates this region. To get the best Canvas Print results, always ensure that all four edges of your image bleed right to the edge of the Red Border as shown below.

Q: What image resolution should I use to get the best results?
A: When using a specialist graphics program, save your JPEG images at 300 DPI before uploading. If using camera images, upload only high-resolution images for best results.

A: Yes. Within this website we have included the Image Dimensions required to upload pre-formatted images for your style of Canvas Print. Go to Products, select Canvas Prints, and find your Image Dimensions within the Product Specifications for each product.
Q: What are the care instructions for Canvas Prints?
A: Canvas prints use high quality canvas and are printed with inks designed for a 100-year lifespan. To prolong colour, hang Canvas Prints out of constant direct sunlight. To clean, brush dust away with a soft dry cloth, as Canvas Prints are not waterproofed.

A: There are no minimum or maximum order quantities. You can order any quantity of any product to suit your needs. The delivery charge for unlimited quantities of Canvas Prints within the same order is a flat fee of $9.95.

A: After your order submitted for production, allow 2 to 3 working days for production (subject to workload) then transit time to your address. Transit time will vary depending on Australia Post normal delivery times as quoted below:
